About the Position The Amazon Marketer is responsible for driving performance across assigned Amazon accounts, focusing on optimizing all aspects of Amazon channel performance, including Amazon Ads (PPC & DSP), listing optimization, SEO, inventory planning, and operational execution. Working closely with Amazon pod leads, this role contributes to strategy development and executes performance-driven initiatives to maximize growth and efficiency. This role reports to the Head of Amazon and does not have direct reports. Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Manage Amazon PPC & DSP campaigns, optimizing for ACOS, TACoS, and profitability. • Develop and implement bid strategies, audience targeting, and budget allocation. • Analyze advertising performance and adjust campaigns based on data insights. • Experiment with new ad strategies and platform features. • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices. • Optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, backend search terms). • Perform iterative testing to improve conversion rates. • Support inventory forecasting and planning. • Maintain accurate variation structures and catalog organization. • Execute and manage promotions (Lightning Deals, Coupons). • Partner with fulfillment teams to support FBA and logistics operations. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align execution with business objectives. • Partner with cross-functional teams (DTC, social, paid media). • Contribute to development of internal processes, tools, and automation. • Stay informed on Amazon trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Requirements • Background in marketing, eCommerce, or Amazon is preferred but not required. • Experience with Amazon PPC, SEO, and operations is an asset. • Proficiency in Amazon Ads Console, Google Sheets, and Helium 10. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
