**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. **Key Responsibilities**

* Handle customer transactions, including rentals, returns, and loyalty program interactions
* Process customer information, including data entry and verification
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and resolve customer issues
* Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance as needed

**Requirements**
* Valid Driver's License
* Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
* Effective verbal communication skills
* Willingness to work outdoors
* Flexibility to work all shifts
* Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
* Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
* This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
* 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
