Job Description
Eputa is seeking a Vice President, Product Management to lead our multi-product portfolio and drive outcomes that matter - customer value, market impact, and business growth. Reporting to the Chief Market Officer, you will operate at both the strategic altitude and execution ground-level: setting product direction informed by market dynamics and customer insight, while owning day-to-day delivery, adoption, and performance.
You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and orchestrate high-quality launches and sustained growth. You are a builder and a change agent who can align cross-functional teams, coach a strong bench of PMs/Design leaders, and make data-driven decisions that scale. Your decisions will shape our long-term position in the market while delivering near-term wins.
Responsibilities
Vision & Strategy
• Define a compelling product vision and multi-horizon strategy aligned to customer needs, market trends, and Eptura’s business goals while balancing roadmap creation and on-time execution.
• Anticipate competitive moves and industry shifts; translate insights into clear product bets and portfolio priorities.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle across a portfolio—discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and iteration. Balance feasibility, time, cost, and value; make rigorous trade-offs that maximize outcomes.
• Contribute to broader company strategy with the executive team; influence commercialization, policy and direction through crisp communication and data-backed proposals.
Customer & Market Insight
• Champion both AI-driven and direct customer understanding through qualitative research, usage analytics, and market data.
• Validate problems and solutions early; ensure product decisions are grounded in evidence and measurable results.
• Define and track KPIs and OKRs across adoption, retention, NPS, ARR growth, and margin.
• Be accountable for product portfolio performance and financial impact; run portfolio reviews.
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Build a trusted partnership with Engineering, Design/UX, Marketing, Customer Experience,
• Represent the product externally with key customers, partners, and analysts; negotiate critical matters and strategic partnerships as needed.
Team Building & Culture
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of PMs and UX leaders; nurture a customer-obsessed, impact-focused culture.
• Lead team to continue to transform the organization to be AI-native, set clear goals, coach decisively, and celebrate wins.
About You
Experience
• 15+ years in Product Management with progressive leadership responsibilities; experience in both high-growth startups and scaled environments.
• Proven AI experience in utilizing agents to accelerate product lifecycle development in partnership with Engineering and/or launching AI offerings.
• 5+ years building and leading multi-level product organizations (PMs, Senior PMs, and Directors; close partnership with UX/Design).
• 3+ years in the worktech, built-environment space with experience in space planning, workplace management and comprehensive data & analytics with an understanding of key ecosystem integrations.
• Proven success launching and scaling products through a channel and direct sales model with measurable business impact (ARR, adoption, retention, margin).
Leadership & Collaboration
• Ability to lead at multiple levels including the board of directors —set direction and dive into details to unblock execution.
• Track record influencing and communicating with executive stakeholders (including C-suite) and cross-functional leaders.
• Demonstrated capability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent; build inclusive, high-performance teams.
Product & Market Acumen
• Deep experience translating market and customer insights into clear product strategies, requirements, and roadmaps.
• Comfortable with deeply technical product areas and aligning technology delivery with business strategy.
• Strong GTM instincts—pricing/packaging, segmentation, positioning, and commercialization in partnership with Marketing and Sales.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; adept at managing multiple initiatives and shifting priorities.
Nice to Have (Preferred)
• Experience in Worktech and data/analytics platforms
• Background with platform/ecosystem products or multi-product portfolios.
• Comfort engaging with strategic customers, partners, and analysts.
