A challenging opportunity is available for an experienced Audiologist specializing in telehealth services within a school setting. This contract position offers the chance to provide essential hearing assessments and consultative services remotely, supporting students' auditory health and educational success. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct telehealth audiological evaluations and screenings for school-aged children. • Collaborate with educational staff and families to develop hearing intervention plans. • Monitor and adjust hearing aids and assistive listening devices as needed. • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school and healthcare regulations. • Provide counseling and education to students, parents, and educators on hearing health and communication strategies. Preferred Qualifications: • Master's or Doctorate degree in Audiology from an accredited program. • State licensure and certification to practice as an Audiologist. • Experience conducting telehealth audiology services, preferably in educational environments. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children and school personnel. • Proficiency with telehealth technology platforms and electronic health records. • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule within the contract terms.
