- Lead stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring informed and engaged stakeholders through strategic communication and change management

- Understand the retail partner experience to deliver results that drive business success and partner satisfaction
We're looking for a seasoned program manager with:
- 5+ years of strategic program leadership experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale transformational programs
- Demonstrated expertise in establishing and leading initiative structures, governance, and rhythm of business
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations
- A self-starter mindset, with a strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and the ability to work independently and interdependently with diverse stakeholders
