Remote Provider Relations Advocate - New York Territory

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to fill this critical role. As a Provider Relations Advocate, you will be responsible for managing provider relationships, recruiting new providers, and resolving complex claims issues. You will also play a key role in identifying and addressing operational shortfalls, researching and resolving claims issues, and developing provider education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dental providers in the New York territory
• Recruit new providers to join our network
• Resolve complex claims issues and provide exceptional customer service
• Develop and implement provider education programs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address operational shortfalls
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform network development strategies

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a network management related role, such as contracting, provider relations, or provider services
• 1+ years of experience with Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement methodology
• Basic level of proficiency with MS Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of reimbursement methodologies
• Provider contracting experience
• Knowledge of dental products and providers
• Experience with claim processing systems and guidelines
