The Role

As a Temporary Bilingual Service Delivery Team Lead working remotely in the USA, you'll play a critical role in delivering amazing customer experiences while leading and managing a team of customer service representatives. You'll be the first line manager for your team, responsible for coaching, mentoring, and motivating them to achieve their goals. You'll also be responsible for addressing customer escalations, answering associate questions, and ensuring quality customer experiences on every call.
