About the position The Technology Client Services Consultant is an integral part of Latham’s Technology & Information Services team. This role will be responsible for supporting the preparation and delivery of high-quality client-facing technology materials, while drafting, formatting, and refining technology-related content for client pitches, panels, RFPs, and capability statements. This role will be located in our Boston office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. Responsibilities • Supporting preparation of responses to client technology surveys and outside counsel guidelines • Ensuring materials align with approved AI & Legal Innovation messaging and firm branding • Standards • Maintaining and updating the firm’s legal technology software catalog used for client inquiries and proposals • Organizes and manages repositories of technology-related materials, templates, and standard responses • Coordinating internal contributions to ensure timely completion of client-facing deliverables • Tracking deadlines and managing workflow for technology-related pitch materials • Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains Requirements • Demonstrate excellent writing and editing skills, including the ability to present technical concepts in clear, structured, and accessible language • Exhibit strong organizational and operational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, client-driven environment • Possess a demonstrated ability to synthesize input from multiple stakeholders into cohesive, high-quality materials • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • A minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience Nice-to-haves • Law firm or professional service experiences experience, preferably Benefits • Healthcare, life and disability insurance • A generous 401k plan • At least 11 paid holidays per year, and a PTO program that accrues 23 days during the first year of employment and grows with tenure • Well-being programs (e.g. mental health services, mindfulness and resiliency, medical resources, well-being events, and more) • Professional development programs • Employee discounts • Affinity groups, networks, and coalitions for lawyers and staff
