Product Analyst
Possible Locations: LATAM, ideally Santiago, Chile, Buenos Aires, Argentina or Medellin, Colombia.
Salary Range: $1,500-$1,800 gross monthly, based on experience and location.
The impact you will make:
As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll be the connector between our business operations and technical teams – the person who turns ideas into action. Your mission: dig into data, uncover insights, and ensure our platforms run seamlessly while championing smarter, more efficient processes.
This isn’t just about writing specs or running reports; it’s about shaping how we work. You’ll design and refine workflows, and translate complex requirements into clear solutions everyone can rally behind. Every project you touch will help drive operational excellence and unlock new opportunities across our platform ecosystem.
With your blend of analytical mindset, communication skills, and eye for detail, you’ll make sure our technology delivers real impact – for both our teams and our customers.
You’re excited about working here because you’ll:
- Analyze current business processes, create AS-IS and TO-BE process flows, measure process efficiency, and translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Maintain project tracking systems, prepare regular status reports, and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into actionable development tasks, and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and user guides
- Ensure project activities follow a disciplined, organized, and traceable methodology, maintaining version control and documentation standards.
We’re excited about you working here because you have:
- 2+ years of experience in a technology product–oriented role, including leading development sprints and managing projects.
- Proven experience implementing new technology systems and processes within existing organizations.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and sprint management.
- Exceptional communication skills (fluent English, written and spoken), with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver results on deadlines.
