Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company
- Ensure maintenance, diagnose the reasons for system failure and manage the use of the surrounding equipment, computer workstations and internet connections
- Try out and install computer hardware, operating systems and other software applications
- Help network users (employees) solve problems by replying to internet tickets
- Responsible for managing the internal tickets
Here's what you need to have and master to get the job
- College diploma in Computer Science or a combination of equivalent training and experience
- A minimum of 1 year experience in technical support
- Good capacity for troubleshooting, after finding the root cause of the issue
- A strong desire to automate tasks and processes
- Proven experience in managing Microsoft systems
- Knowledge of O365 tools
- Experience in one or several of the following areas will be considered an asset:
- Microsoft Active Directory and GPO
- Microsoft System Center, SCCM, WSUS and SCOM
- Microsoft Windows 10/11
