We're seeking an exceptional Technical Delivery Lead to oversee the intake, planning, and execution of technical projects, ensuring seamless implementation of frameworks, effective quarterly planning, and adherence to best practices. As a key member of our team, you will blend technical expertise with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to drive project success and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement frameworks for project intake, prioritization, and tracking, managing the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) across all phases.
- Coordinate and execute quarterly planning processes to align project goals with organizational objectives and resource availability.
- Apply PMO frameworks and best practices, including resource allocation and capacity management, to ensure effective project execution.
- Provide frameworks for technology leaders to monitor project status, including key metrics, progress, and performance indicators.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management practices and overall efficiency.

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $115,000 to $135,000 + 10% bonus

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in software development and progressively responsible roles in project delivery or management
- Knowledge of system architecture, APIs, and design principles
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and DevOps practices
- Experience leading Agile teams and familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks
