About the Role
As a Digital ERP & AI Native ERP Staff Consultant at Zanovoy, you will serve as a core delivery consultant supporting and leading end‑to‑end implementations across modern, digital cloud‑based ERP platforms, including NetSuite and AI Native Next Generation platforms. You will work closely with client stakeholders, senior consultants, project managers, and technical teams to deliver high‑quality finance and operational transformations in a multi‑ERP environment.
Responsibilities
• Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Lead and support discovery and requirements gathering workshops across finance, accounting, and operations
• Perform business process mapping, re‑engineering, and future‑state design aligned to ERP and AI‑enabled capabilities
• Advise clients on standard platform functionality, leading practices, and industry best practices across NetSuite and AI native ERP solutions
• Design and configure functional ERP solutions, including documentation of requirements, designs, and configurations
• Collaborate with technical and integration teams to deliver custom solutions and system integrations where required
• Manage scope, requirements, and allocations while supporting delivery within budget and timeline expectations
• Lead and facilitate configuration workshops and offline configuration activities
• Lead or support User Acceptance Testing and Systems Integration Testing, including test planning, execution, and defect resolution
• Plan and deliver End User Training and enablement activities to drive successful adoption
• Define data migration strategies and execute or support data migration, validation, and go‑live cutover activities
• Provide post go‑live support and optimization assistance as clients transition into steady state operations
• Support full cycle ERP implementations across Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, and Support phases
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, well‑structured system and process designs
• Perform fit‑gap analysis to inform system design decisions and implementation approach
• Partner closely with internal development, integration, and analytics teams to support advanced ERP and AI‑driven solutions
• Develop process diagrams, wireframes, and supporting artifacts to document business and system requirements
• Support project delivery activities including status updates, work planning, and change control in partnership with project leadership
• Contribute to pre‑sales activities including scoping, solutioning, and supporting new client pursuits
• Participate in internal initiatives such as go‑to‑market efforts, enablement development, knowledge sharing, and practice growth
• Continuously learn and develop skills across NetSuite and emerging AI native ERP technologies
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2 to 3+ years of ERP consulting or administration experience, with hands‑on configuration experience in NetSuite and exposure to modern cloud ERP platforms
• Experience supporting multiple full‑lifecycle ERP implementations across finance and operations
• NetSuite certifications strongly preferred, including ERP Consultant and Administrator
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Solid organizational, time management, and project coordination skills
• Background in finance, accounting, supply chain, professional services, or relevant industry experience
• Experience supporting or designing end‑to‑end ERP solutions, including workflows, roles, permissions, and reporting
• Familiarity with data migration planning, validation, and go‑live execution
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills with sound judgment
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast‑paced consulting environment
• Curiosity and willingness to learn AI‑enabled ERP platforms, automation, and next‑generation finance technology

Pay range and compensation package
Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000
