JG Physique (fitness coaching) and JG Consultancy (business coaching for fitness entrepreneurs) are fast-growing brands led by James Gough. We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer to manage and grow our online presence.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube (including Shorts) for both brands.
• Create engaging content daily (text, photos, videos).
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email campaigns via GHL/Mailgun.
• Assist with lead generation and support the sales team.
• Perform social media outreach, respond to DMs, and make calls to help book calls.
• Collaborate with setters, sales reps, and coaches to align content with sales goals.
• Track analytics, engagement, and performance; report insights monthly.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and video/photo content skills.
• Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, SEO, and online marketing.
• Tools: Canva Pro, ClickFunnels, Trello, GHL, Mailgun.
• High-spec desktop/laptop for video editing and storage capacity.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
