About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Marketing Specialist to join our collaborative team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a critical role in executing our marketing strategy, driving events, content creation, and cross-functional support. This is an exciting opportunity to launch Inato into the spotlight and make a meaningful impact in the clinical research industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead content creation across all marketing channels, developing written content that supports our marketing strategy.
- Own the coordination and execution of industry events in the U.S. and Europe, including speaking and sponsorship opportunities, with approximately 1 trip per quarter.
- Plan and execute various marketing campaigns to support company milestones and new product launches.
- Manage social media platforms for Inato and its leaders, developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Support website design and content updates, ensuring a cohesive brand presence online.
A Day in the Life
As a Senior Marketing Specialist at Inato, your days will be filled with a mix of creative and strategic tasks. You might spend your time:
- Writing engaging content for our blog, social media, or website, such as blog posts about our recent events or updated website content.
- Planning and executing industry events, like our attendance at SCOPE in February, and working across teams to ensure a successful event.
- Strategizing and reviewing the calendar for upcoming events, identifying new approaches to amplify awareness and get our message out to a larger audience.
- Understanding our current and potential clients and users, ensuring they're aware of the latest updates to our Marketplace and the value Inato has to offer.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 6 years of related marketing experience, excluding internships.
- Experience in owning the organization and delivery of conferences or trade shows.
- A proven track record of managing corporate and executive social media content.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
- Exceptional organization skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
- A passion for making a difference and learning new things, with a keen interest in the clinical research industry.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following skills and experience will make you a more competitive candidate:
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- A background in event planning, including budgeting and logistics management.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and optimize marketing campaigns.
