Target is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Go-To-Market Strategy to join our Roundel team, a sell-side business that is redefining the media industry with its innovative approach to first-party data, brand-safe environments, and performance-based marketing. Job Summary As a Senior Manager, Partner Go-To-Market Strategy, you will play a critical role in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive business growth and deliver results for Roundel. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Roundel and broader Target to identify opportunities, develop new strategies and partnerships, and implement plans that advance our strategic positioning and deliver on our growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive business growth and deliver results for Roundel Identify and develop new strategies and partnerships that support our growth objectives, increase our value proposition to our customers, and deepen our strategic positioning Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales and Account Management, Performance and Insights, Product, and Operations to support their strategy development and execution Drive analyses using internal and external data sources to define and inform our go-to-market strategies across sales segments and/or products Support key aspects of our go-to-market operations, including business planning and revenue operations, product commercialization, seasonal/key moment activation, and the development of sales resources and insights Lead enterprise-wide initiatives that drive the next level of growth at Target and better serve our partners and guests Partner closely with sales leadership on strategic plan activation and vertical-specific growth initiatives Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 6+ years of experience in Sales Strategy & Operations, Digital Media Sales/Account Management, Merchandising, Management Consulting, or equivalent experience in an organization Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information into actionable insights and recommendations Proven project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives Excellent written and oral communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in the media or marketing industry Knowledge of the Retail Media landscape Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Strong understanding of marketing, media products, and the digital industry Skills and Competencies Strategic thinking and problem-solving Analytical and data-driven decision-making Collaboration and partnership-building Project management and leadership Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Target, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $89,700 - $161,500, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you'll have access to a range of benefits, including comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) matching, employee discount, short-term and long-term disability, paid sick leave, paid national holidays, and paid vacation.
