As a Senior Manager, Donor Relations, you will play a critical role in developing and executing mid-level giving strategies to drive donor engagement, retention, and growth.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Donor Relations to lead our mid-level giving program and drive success in donor cultivation and stewardship. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 600-700 mid-level donors, developing and executing stewardship plans, and working collaboratively with other departments to ensure that our mission and fundraising objectives are met.
