Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales leads from current and potential customers, providing timely and effective support to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Make outbound contacts to identify opportunities to increase tire sales revenues and expand our customer base.
- Handle inbound live chat sessions from customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Verify customer account and order information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process online orders, returns, and adjustments, working closely with customers to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Track deliveries, installation, inventory, and pricing, staying up-to-date on the latest information to provide informed support to customers.
- Manage customer issues, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships post-order to gauge satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed individual and department KPIs and performance goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on products, promotional offerings, and systems, becoming a subject matter expert and providing accurate and helpful information to customers.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of contact center experience, with at least 6 months of chat and sales experience.
- Experience with inbound and outbound product and service sales, demonstrating a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
- High school diploma/GED required; associates/bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven ability to navigate computer programs, chat applications, and systems that support the initiatives of the contact center.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to address customer needs through multiple mediums.
- Adaptable and dependable, with a proven ability to follow through on tasks and adhere to flexible work schedules and shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual - ability to fluently speak and write in Spanish is a bonus.
- Prior experience in the tire or automotive industry is a plus, demonstrating a pre-existing understanding of the industry and its complexities.
- Prior experience working in a remote environment is a bonus, showcasing your ability to work independently and effectively in a virtual setting.
