We're seeking an exceptional Senior Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Ansys, a global leader in simulation software. As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, building strong relationships with our largest and most strategic customers, and identifying new opportunities for expansion.

With a strong track record of success in technical sales and account management, you will be responsible for executing a multi-year vision for executive-level partnership and engagement with assigned accounts, sustaining high revenue targets, and generating new growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a long-term global account plan, defining the full potential of the account and aligning with Ansys' product portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including executive-level sponsorship and purchase commitment
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive business outcomes
- Perform sales activities, including renewal business and new business development, to meet or exceed sales quota
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs, and apply this knowledge to drive growth and innovation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, business, or related field, with 4+ years of successful technical sales experience
- 2+ years of experience as a strategic/named account manager, with a proven track record of success
- Demonstrated knowledge of competitors and account ecosystem, with strong executive presentation and persuasion skills
- Ability to navigate complex sales and customer issues, with strong networking and relationship management skills
- Fluent in English and the local language of the territory, with up to 50% travel required
