As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving technical issues, and driving business growth.
At Deposita, we offer a competitive starting rate of $17.00 per hour, with an increased rate of $18.00 per hour for bilingual French (Canadian) speaking representatives. About the Role:
The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for:
- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, and providing direct support or guidance towards resolution
- Tackling technical issues with skill and accuracy, creating cases, and escalating to senior team members or departments as needed
- Demonstrating effective personal performance, meeting departmental metrics, and contributing to a positive team environment
- Exercising good judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a technical customer service call center
- Stable work history demonstrating strong customer service and relations skills, motivation, and a desire to learn
- Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to write informatively, clearly, and accurately
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a technical support role or other technical experience
- Associate's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of software/hardware troubleshooting
- Experience with Service Now and TalkDesk
- Experience in retail cash offices
