Senior Counsel - Compliance and Regulatory Affairs

Description The Senior Counsel Compliance will provide solution-focused advice on a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters in North America. This includes topics such as anti-corruption, anti-trust, engine emissions compliance, HR/employment compliance, and product-based regulations compliance. You will also assist with compliance issues that may arise from future legislation, such as state and federal right-to-repair matters. Additionally, you will support the execution of the Global Compliance function’s strategic plan in North America and advise on corporate compliance matters, including the interpretation of the company’s Code of Conduct and Compliance policies in coordination with the Global Compliance organization.
