Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic technical support via phone or chat to customers
• Deliver an exceptional support experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Interact and communicate effectively with a variety of customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide a memorable and delightful experience for customers, exceeding their expectations and building brand loyalty

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
• 18 years of age or older
• Flexible to the needs of the business, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
• Must live in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Wyoming

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or technical support
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Standalone monitor (19 inches)
• Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
• Required internet speed: 5.0 Mbps down/5.0 Mbps up
• Working phone line (home phone or mobile)
