Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving any issues or concerns
- Create innovative solutions to exceed customer expectations and build brand loyalty
- Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
- Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations to enhance the Card Member experience
- Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance to support Card Members' travel needs
- Partner with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Members' needs
Qualifications:
A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry, including reservation experience, is preferred
- Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions and a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction
- The ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction
- Must exhibit professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions
- The ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing the Card Member experience
- Resourcefulness and ability to use the Internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment
- Ability to utilize and switch between multiple technology platforms with ease
- Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks
