We are seeking highly motivated, compassionate, and results-driven Remote Sales Representatives to join our team in insurance sales. - Position: Remote Sales Representative - Insurance Sales
- Start Date: Immediate openings available
- Location: Remote (work from home)
- Compensation: Competitive salary with $50,000 - $150,000 commission pay per year, plus bonuses and benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Call and connect with potential clients to schedule 15-20 appointments per week
- Field Underwriting: Qualify clients to ensure they meet the requirements for our insurance products
- Client Meetings: Work with clients during appointments to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Personal Growth: Commit to ongoing learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Weekly Study and Learning: Participate in weekly study sessions and training to enhance your knowledge and skills
- Agency Building: If desired, build your own agency by interviewing and coaching new agents
- Conference Calls and Trainings: Attend weekly conference calls and trainings to stay informed and aligned with company goals
- Follow-up and Follow-through: Follow up with applications and clients post-sale to ensure their needs are met
- National Conferences and Boot Camps: Attend national conferences and boot camps (involves some travel) to network and learn from industry experts
Essential Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Sales experience is helpful but not required; we welcome motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
- Communication Skills: Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computers and software applications
- Life Insurance License: Possess a life insurance license or be willing to obtain one within 2 weeks of hire
- Self-Driven: Self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong desire to succeed
- US Residency: Must be a US resident
Preferred Qualifications:
- Business Experience: Experience running or owning a business
- Insurance Experience: Prior experience in the insurance industry
- Coaching and Teaching: Coaching or teaching experience is an asset
