The Enterprise Account Manager will act as a trusted advisor, managing the sales cycle and nurturing relationships with qualified prospects to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with qualified prospects over the phone and via email
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery call through close
- Build and maintain a sizeable pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects
- Perform compelling product demos and sales presentations with Director, VP, and C-Level contacts
- Light travel to trade shows and events might be required
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales with a proven record of quota attainment, preferably enterprise
- High degree of confidence throughout the sales cycle
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, high energy, and a 'can do' attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
- Have the discipline and motivation to work independently
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of the home improvement industry is a plus
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Salesloft is a plus
