We are seeking a Commercial Operations & Systems Lead to build the backbone of a scalable project-based business.
You will design and manage:
• CRM architecture (lead → quote → deposit → delivery → close)
• Margin tracking & pricing workflow
• Supply-to-Trade project coordination
• Payment milestone enforcement
• Weekly performance dashboards
This is a systems-first, commercially driven role inside a fast-growing property supply & trade group.
You are not a VA.
You are a builder of operational infrastructure.
What You’ll Own:
• CRM system design (HubSpot / GHL / similar)
• Lead pipeline structure (qualification → quoting → approval)
• Margin tracking workflows
• Deposit & milestone payment automation
• Supply → Trade coordination tracking
• Weekly reporting dashboards
• Process documentation & SOP build
You Must Understand:
• Project-based businesses
• Margin bands & risk buffers
• Supply chain flow
• Payment enforcement discipline
• Operational bottlenecks
Ideal Background:
• Built CRM systems for supply, trade, or construction businesses
• Experience with quoting workflows
• Strong commercial awareness
• Can challenge loosely structured ideas
• Comfortable working with founders

• Not a basic admin role
• Not a social media role

• Not a generic VA position
