Key Responsibilities

- Contract Research and Installation: Research and install healthcare provider contracts, verifying provider information, contract accuracy, and database loading.
- Data Entry: Retrieve and enter data from various sources, including computer/web-based systems, files, and documents.

- Transaction Management: Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Problem-Solving: Apply healthcare and insurance domain knowledge to undertake problem-solving and identify and resolve routine and non-routine problems.
- Communication: Monitor email boxes and send responses to inquiries, demonstrating effective communication skills.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a role that required a focus on quality, including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work.
- Professional Experience: 1 year of experience in a professional/office-related environment that required working regularly scheduled shifts.
- Technical Skills: 1 year of experience using a computer with Windows applications, navigating multiple screens and computer systems, and learning new software tools.
- Education: A high school diploma or GED is required.
