As a Customer Advocate, you'll be a healthcare hero 🦸 for 50 to 70 people every day. You'll navigate the world of primary care doctors 🩺, medications 💊, appointments 📅, and benefits 💼 like a pro, armed with your knowledge 📚 and amazing social skills 🗣️.

📋 The Details
- 🕘 Full-time position, Monday through Friday (because we all need a little weekend! 😌)
- ⏰ 8-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST
- 🧠 5-week intensive orientation (don't worry, we've got your back every step of the way! 🧑🏫)

Start: TWO groups starting October 20th and November 3rd, 2025
Training: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (8 weeks)
Regular Schedule: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday; 11:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday
All times are Eastern Standard
A pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check are required prior to employment.
Salary: $17.00 per hour
