Position Overview
This full‑time or part‑time remote role is open immediately to qualified Wisconsin residents. You will serve as the bridge between the business side of healthcare delivery and the technical teams responsible for configuring, testing, and enhancing Cerner and Oracle EMR/EHR solutions. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience as a Business Analyst for Cerner or Oracle EMR/EHR platforms.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven understanding of scheduling, registration, Health Information Management (HIM), pharmacy, laboratory, and nursing workflows within a HIPAA‑regulated environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Cerner CCL coding, as well as experience creating reports in Discern Reporting Portal and Business Objects.
