Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner.
• Assist Broward County Transit TOPS Customers schedule transportation services in an empathetic and patient manner.
• Respond to questions and provide information while exceeding customer expectations.
• De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and ensure that we explore all options to satisfy their needs.
Details:
• Start Date: Monday 2/16/26
• PAID Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST for 3 weeks
• Shifts available: 5 days a week (1 weekend day & 1 weekday off) 1:00pm - 10:00pm
• Pay: $16.19/hr plus performance pay
• Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Salary & Benefits:
