Social Media Manager & Content Creator Intern Job Overview We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Manager & Content Creator Intern to join our dynamic team. This paid internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital media, content production, and social media strategy across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging digital channels. The ideal candidate is highly creative, organized, and passionate about storytelling, social media trends, and digital culture. This role will work closely with our creative team to develop engaging content, assist in managing multiple social platforms, and contribute to growing a global online audience. Duties Assist in managing and scheduling content across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging channels Help develop creative concepts for short-form and long-form content, including reels, TikToks, YouTube videos, and behind-the-scenes material Support filming and editing of social media content, including lifestyle, fashion, creative, and promotional videos Assist with content planning, caption writing, and hashtag strategy to optimize engagement and reach Research social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm changes to inform content strategy Help organize and maintain a content calendar for upcoming posts, campaigns, and launches Monitor engagement, comments, and direct messages to help maintain an active and responsive online presence Assist with photoshoots, events, and behind-the-scenes content capture when needed Track basic analytics and performance metrics to help refine social media strategies Maintain organized digital archives of photos, videos, and content assets Skills Proficiency in content creation tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar editing software Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content trends Basic photography and videography skills using phones or cameras Knowledge of social media analytics and engagement strategies Ability to brainstorm and translate creative ideas into compelling digital content Strong writing skills for captions, descriptions, and storytelling Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment Passion for digital culture, storytelling, lifestyle content, and social media innovation Opportunity This internship provides hands-on experience working on real social media campaigns and digital content production, while allowing interns to build a professional portfolio and gain insight into the strategy behind growing and managing large online audiences.
