They are seeking an Associate Program Manager to ensure the effective delivery of these programs and to drive customer satisfaction through stakeholder engagement and program management.
Responsibilities
- Support efforts to facilitate program participation and drive high levels of both client and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, customers, installers, and cross functional internal teams
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to diverse audiences with varying perspectives
- Manage multiple priorities through strong project and time management; remain organized, proactive, and communicative
- Track program budgets, goals, and resource allocation to ensure effective and efficient delivery
- Prepare, analyze, and review reports and data to measure performance and progress
- Support Clients effectively
