Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or call center environment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in chat software and technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
