JOB GOALS: To plan, organize and implement an appropriate English Language Arts instructional program in an elementary learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully an individual must be an experienced elementary licensed teacher.
First priority will be given to applicants that have demonstrated high growth in reading based on:- EVAAS data
- Previous reading performance bonus recipients as administered by the Department of Public Instruction
