We’re looking for a reliable QuickBooks Online bookkeeper who has experience working with eCommerce businesses. This will be ongoing work, so we’re ideally looking for someone who can stick with us long-term and keep things organized as we grow.
• What you’ll be doing:*
Categorizing transactions in QBO
Bank & credit card reconciliations
Handling Shopify / Stripe / PayPal data
Recording payouts and fees correctly
Cleaning up books if needed
Preparing basic reports (P&L, Balance Sheet)
• What we’re looking for:*
Solid experience with QuickBooks Online
Experience with eCommerce bookkeeping (must-have)
Understanding of payment processors and payouts
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and reliability
