Job Description:
• Conduct thorough testing of carrier online applications, rates, and benefits
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues
• Collaborate with developers and product managers
• Perform root cause analysis of defects and work with the development team
• Ensure all testing activities are completed on time
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
• Utilize regression automation tools to verify benefit data on QA platforms
• Follow testing flow for online applications and document control
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an application tester or in a similar testing role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to validate data
• Understanding of software testing methodologies
• Experience with testing content on platforms and automated testing tools
• Background in Medicare, healthcare, and content data management
• Willingness to participate in meetings with carriers and stakeholders in offshore time zones
• Ability to handle daily operational testing work and future automation strategies
• Familiarity with AI and automation.
