You'll be responsible for handling emergency outages, resolving customer complaints, and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a 12-month temporary opportunity, and you'll have the opportunity to work from home with all necessary equipment provided. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle emergency outages and provide exceptional support to customers during late-night hours * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred * 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience * Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills * Ability to complete in-person training during regular business hours before transitioning to night shift * Analytical and computer literate * 45 wpm typing and speaking on the phone simultaneously * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Proficient in Excel and Word * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Prior experience in customer service or call center environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software * Experience with data entry and record-keeping * Ability to work extended hours or additional days depending on company needs **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Prior experience in customer service or call center environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and knowledge.
