Kinective is a company transforming FinTech and how the world accesses banking services. They are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Strategy Analyst to shape product strategy, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging industry developments to inform product strategies
- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and SWOT analysis to identify emerging strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive repository of competitive intelligence data, battlecards, and insights for executive stakeholders
- Perform win/loss analysis, including direct prospect/client interviews, to identify specific decision drivers & trends in our opportunities and provide actionable recommendations for product and sales teams
- Assist Product Strategy leaders in the development of the product roadmap by providing market feedback and research to aid in the prioritization of future product innovations
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to internal teams and leadership
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role, with a focus on product analytics and competitive intelligence
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (data visualization experience a plus)
- Knowledge of the banking and fintech industry landscape
