Job Overview
In this highly visible and impactful role, you will be responsible for enabling business partners across the enterprise to perform changes in a thoughtful, consistent, and reliable manner, minimizing harm arising from Consumer Impacting Events. You will partner with and support Initiative Owners and others managing change across the enterprise, driving quality and reducing risk to better serve our customers. As a key member of our team, you will actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues, ensuring that our organization is always focused on delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Run problem-solving sessions to resolve blockers to effective change management, ensuring that our teams are equipped to drive transformation and operational excellence
- Support the Change Management Toolkit team to drive continuous improvement and transparency to end-users, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration
- Monitor the implementation of the Change Management Framework, ensuring that our processes are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Shepherd key initiatives through the Change Management process, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes
- Run forums for change process owners and users to introduce updates, collect feedback, and share best practices, fostering a community of practice and continuous learning
- Determine the proper level of change management for a given project, helping end-users navigate the process and ensuring that our teams are equipped to drive success
- Maintain Office Hours to answer questions, providing support and guidance to our teams and stakeholders
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration and Management, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, Arts, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Operations Management, Process Management, Technology, Lean/Six Sigma, Operations, Risk Management, or a related field
- In lieu of education, 10+ years of experience in Operations Management, Process Management, Risk Management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective manner
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration and Management, or a related field
- Lean, Six Sigma, Agile certification or experience, with a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and tools
- Experience working in a digital banking or payments environment, with a strong understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities
