Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in engineering principles, mathematics, and statistics.
- 6 months-2 years of experience within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of process optimization techniques, Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.
- Demonstrated project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities, with a proactive mindset and a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Basic understanding of quality management systems, i.e., ISO standards, and experience with CAD software, with 3D printing experience being a plus.
