As a core member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional one-on-one assisted stretching sessions and group stretch classes to our clients. At StretchLab, we're revolutionizing the fitness industry with our innovative approach to assisted stretching. Our team of experts, including physical therapists, chiropractors, yoga, Pilates, and dance instructors, are dedicated to providing world-class stretching sessions that empower our clients to achieve their wellness goals. As a Physical Therapy Technician, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes to clients
- Encouraging and motivating clients throughout stretch sessions
- Building and retaining client relationships
- Ensuring client safety and enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules
- Attending staff meetings and required educational presentations
- Handling member concerns and assisting with sales and studio tours as needed
- Maintaining a strong social media presence to promote client engagement and retention
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment to ensure availability for client use
Requirements:
- Passion for boutique fitness and wellness
- Preferred background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, or dance instruction
- Experience working in a fitness or health environment with hands-on client training
- Fitness certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients
- Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
- Availability to complete our 3-day Flexologist Training Program (compensation provided)
