Job Overview As a Part-Time Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads, helping our clients achieve their business objectives. Key Responsibilities Engage in online conversations with customers, representing arenaflex's automotive dealer clients in a favorable and professional manner Handle a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and generate leads Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and follow-up Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services to ensure up-to-date information and expertise Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary) Basic internet and window-based computer skills Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being helpful Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment Residency in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality in work Training and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with the training and development opportunities needed to succeed.
