Qualifications and Requirements

- Strong PC skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications
- Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and holidays
- Ability to work from home with a dedicated workspace, meeting the following technical requirements:
- Own computer and 2 monitors
- High-speed internet connection
- USB headset
