About the role

This role will support execution of workflows and operational processes that enable Tandem to fulfill its mission of expediting access to critical medications. The work involves direct interaction with systems and procedures that affect the experience of both patients and providers.

The position is entry-level and requires quickly learning and applying complex operational processes. It involves regular engagement with real-world healthcare scenarios, particularly around prescription access and coordination. The role offers exposure to the challenges and pace of an early-stage company and provides a valuable opportunity to develop a detailed understanding of how the U.S. healthcare system operates from an operational perspective.

This is a remote contractor (40 hours / week) position, and we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.
