• *Manager of Marketing Strategy**
to join our Health Care Delivery Growth team. This role is pivotal in defining and driving marketing strategies that increase the adoption of health services across both digital and physical retail channels.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist who thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses the "entrepreneurial itch" to build cross-business unit experiences. You will be responsible for transforming high-level digital and marketing strategies into tactical execution, ensuring the clients' health and wellness offerings are personal, convenient, and accessible to every consumer.
• *Responsibilities:
• Strategy & Execution: Define and drive growth strategies for health services across multiple lines of business, leveraging digital and physical retail properties to maximize consumer engagement.
• Campaign Management: Support the day-to-day management of end-to-end marketing deliverables, including creative briefing, journey mapping, segmentation, and testing strategies.
• Data & Analytics: Leverage marketing technology and data analysis tools to forecast performance, create dashboard reporting, and synthesize large data sets into actionable optimizations.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Actively develop trusted relationships with internal stakeholders across Media, Enterprise Digital, Creative, Legal, and Analytics to influence business outcomes in a matrixed environment.
• Innovation: Identify and pitch innovative ideas to drive customer value through new channels, partnerships, or activations that align with enterprise growth goals.
• Operational Excellence: Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight timelines, ensuring all campaigns are legally compliant and align with brand standards.
• *Qualifications:
• 4+ years of marketing experience with a strong foundation in business, retail, or healthcare sectors.
• 4+ years of retail marketing or digital marketing/strategy experience.
• 1+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams or complex programs.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing tools, marketing technology (MarTech), and data analysis tools for dashboard reporting.
• *Preferred Skills & Education**
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (High School Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience).
• Technical Plus: Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (specifically parsing data from dashboards).
• Industry Expertise: Prior experience as a Health Care Marketing Manager is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Proven ability to work under pressure, act as a self-starter, and provide thought leadership through excellent presentation and communication skills.
