The candidate must be used to working in a fast paced environment and possess outstanding work ethics, as well as dynamic leadership skills. A solid track record in the restaurant business is a MUST!
Manager Duties
Must have delivery operation experience

Put Customer Service first
Have a Food Service Manager's License
Run an efficient operation via appropriate cost controls and profit management
Effectively manage the restaurant by implementing the standards set up by corporate, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction at all times.
Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team
Ensures local health and safety codes are met
Controls profit and loss by maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports
Assists with recruiting and training an exceptional staff; trains and motivates staff
Ensures the execution of marketing programs
Have prior food service experience
Have prior supervisory experience and strong leadership qualities
Have the ability to learn and perform every function well
Have solid communication and organization skills
Enjoy working with employees and customers
Be able to motivate employees
Have problem solving abilities
Have a steady work history
Be a take-charge individual
Be aggressive
Work in store 60Plus++++ hours
Late Shifts a Must
