Coordinate and manage the movement of products and materials to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels and shipment details.
Identify and troubleshoot any logistical issues or delays to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies.
Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all shipping and transportation regulations and procedures.
Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide updates on shipment status and address any concerns.
Manage relationships with carriers and other logistics partners to negotiate rates and resolve any issues.
Continuously seek ways to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all logistics-related tasks.
Adhere to company safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the logistics team.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence and uphold the company's values and standards.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
Train and mentor new logistics team members as needed.
Assist with special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
