The World Wide Customer Trust Training - Learning Experience Design (LXD) team is a dynamic team of learning professionals who are passionate about creating great learning experiences. The team comprises LXDs, Project/Program Managers, and Managers who work together to design and develop learning programs that drive business results. The team's primary responsibility is to create learning experiences that support associates and investigators during new hire, upskill, and other trainings.
We improve Learner Capabilities and Performance through continuous learning, inclusive curriculum design, localization, video-based learning, enhanced practice, proactive maintenance of our curricula, and by measuring the learner experience through customer feedback and curriculum evaluation.
