About the Role: Inside Sales Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Inside Sales Operations Manager to join our expanding team. As a key stakeholder in cross-functional projects, this role will drive commercial initiatives to support the achievement of departmental goals and lead the day-to-day operations of the inside sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong and diverse skillset, with a focus on leadership, process excellence, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the inside sales quality team, developing processes and procedures to assess performance and compliance, and collaborating with inside sales leadership to implement strategies and solutions to enhance team effectiveness.
- Drive special projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency within the inside sales organization, monitoring and assessing process and pipeline activity, and maintaining direct communication with the field sales team to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Develop and implement optimal inside sales operating procedures supporting new product launches and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate with Inside Sales senior leadership to develop and execute changes to the selling process and messaging for inside sales.
- Support the Director of Inside Sales in creating and managing the resource and staffing plan to meet business deliverables, and oversee the administration of the inside sales budget.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Inside Sales internal processes, ASPN and pharmacy customer journeys, onboarding, ordering pathways, and report out, driving key project milestones and partnering with key functions on the sales team.

- Enhancements to current processes
- ASPN Alignment
- New Product Launches
- New Product LMR
- Cross-functional projects, including weekly report outs to commercial department leaders, competitive analysis and benchmarking, strategic business-building opportunities, financial analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A track record of achieving high-quality results in a complex and fast-paced selling environment, while demonstrating interpersonal awareness and leadership.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to create collaborative working relationships and encourage creative solutions to accomplish team goals.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong computer proficiency (MS Office).
- Demonstration of strong leadership skills and influence amongst cross-functional business partners.
- Ability to develop creative process-oriented solutions to complex problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:
- Experience in a sales operations or sales leadership role.
- Knowledge of sales analytics and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.
