**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Email Support**: Respond to patient emails in a timely and professional manner, resolving inquiries and concerns regarding medications, orders, and billing.
* **Live Chat Support**: Engage with patients via live chat, providing real-time support and resolution to their questions and concerns.
* **Patient Support**: Provide empathetic and personalized support to patients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
* **Data Entry and Record-Keeping**: Accurately update patient records and databases, documenting patient interactions and resolutions.
* **Escalation**: Escalate complex issues to management or pharmacy staff as needed.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **1+ year of customer service experience**: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
* **Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills**: Ability to effectively communicate with patients, resolve issues, and provide personalized support.
* **Ability to work independently in a remote environment**: Self-motivated and disciplined individual who can work effectively in a remote setting.
* **High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred**: Education in a related field (e.g., healthcare, customer service) is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Experience in healthcare or pharmacy industry**: Familiarity with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
* **Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)**: Professional certification demonstrating expertise in customer service or pharmacy technology.
* **Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and pharmacy software**: Experience working with EHRs and pharmacy software, including data entry and record-keeping.
* **Previous experience with email and live chat support**: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences via email and live chat.

**Available Shifts and Compensation**
Available shifts are Monday to Friday, excluding Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $36.00 - $48.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
