**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients and end-users, resolving issues, and troubleshooting problems in a timely and professional manner
* Documenting all call information according to Quality Assurance (QA) and internal standard operating procedures
* Monitoring team mailbox emails and documenting according to procedures
* Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate at all times
* Adhering to departmental procedures for all emergencies
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:
* A college degree and at least one year of applicable experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
* Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills on a professional level
* Strong phone skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and end-users
* Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues
* Strong commitment to customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
* Ability to work remotely within a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis and travel to client sites for urgent situations
* COVID-19 vaccination restrictions are no longer required to enter facilities according to CDC recommendations for any local or state requirements
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese
* Experience working in a clinical trials or pharmaceutical industry
* Familiarity with export-controlled commodities and technology regulations
